At the Vendor Day event, the AIPdM
will be holding an election of officers. If you are interested in
becoming a board member, please let us know!
Cost for the table is
$250. Table top displays only,
please. Table top rental fee is for
one company representative. If more
than one booth attendee is needed, a $50 per person fee is required to
cover meals and snacks. Rental fees
allow representatives access to all technical presentations, distributed
materials, and an attendee list.
If you are interested
in making a technical presentation, please contact me as soon as
possible. Presentation slots are
limited and available on a first come, first serve basis (based on receipt
of rental fees).

The AIPdM conducts
quarterly symposia with chapter meetings. There is an annual Vendor Day. At
these meetings, end-users provide technical presentations and case studies.
These presentations come from maintenance professionals from a variety of
industries with technical discussions on a broad range of machinery. They
provide real life examples of the benefits of predictive maintenance.
Registration
Information
Registration fee for regular chapter
meetings is $75 for members and $135 for non-members ($60 of the non-member
registration fee is applied to a Vibration Institute membership fee). This
fee includes all breaks, lunches and a meeting binder containing the
technical presentations. Breaks and lunches are an integral part of the
meeting as they allow for informal interaction of the attendees to further
discuss experiences in their respective fields of predictive maintenance.
We are always looking for end user
presentations, poster boards, and case histories. Case histories that
include unsolved problems you would like to discuss with the Chapter
Members are welcome. Poster boards are not presented formally. They are
placed in the break area and are a good way to exchange ideas and get
experience for a future, more formal presentation. If you are willing to
make a formal presentation, we will waive your registration fee and buy you
lunch.
